We will supply you the leads, the clients, the systems and full-time support to get you up and running immediately. You will be grow as an integral part of a team that is leading the new way that real estate is done, including being 100% paperless.
Position Title: Buyers Specialist
Position Objective: Provide highest level of comprehensive buyers services to the customer.
Essential Functions to include:
- Time Block - 3 hours per day for prospecting (min. 15 hrs per wk)
- Follow-up with Buyer Leads (phone call, email or note card)
- Place New Leads/Customers on Appropriate Action Plan & F/U schedule in KV Database
- Set Buyer Appointments (consultation) - Average 1 per week
- Analyze Buyers Needs and Goals
- Educate the Buyer About the Buying Process
- Provide Pricing & Market Research
- Show Properties
- Assist Buyer with Loan Process—Push for using one of our partners
- Write Up and Present the Offer
- Negotiate the Contract
- Provide Transaction Coordinator with all Required Contract Paper Work
- Arrange for a Home Inspection (per contract)
- Negotiate Inspection Addendum (with in specified time frame)
- Review the Closing Paperwork with Buyer
- Attend Closing
- Attend Caravan (Tues, Wed, or Thurs)
- Schedule and Attend Job Related Training
- Turn in Daily On-Call Logs to Transaction Coordinator within 4 hours or the following morning if evening shift.
- Host 2-3 Open Houses a month
- Email Daily Accountability worksheet
- Email Weekly Schedule to LBS by 10 am each Monday
- Input and Maintain Customer Records in KV
- Show THRG Rental Properties if requested
- Monday 2-3 Buyer Script Calls
- Call FSBO’s in to LLS with as much info as possible
- Generate 2 Listing Leads Per Month
- Meet monthly w/ Team Lead, DJ Ten Hoeve
- Attend monthly Keller Williams team meeting (try to)
- Attend a minimum of 2 outside networking events per month
- Reach individual closed transaction goal set for current year
- Attend Keller Williams Orientation
Requirements:Active MOMLS Sales Associate License
Skills: Great Customer Service and Follow-up skills
Addt’l Requirements: Reliable, Comfortable and Clean Four Door Vehicle and laptop and smartphone for incoming leads
